河南富耐克超硬材料有限公司创立于1988年，1996入驻国家郑州高新技术产业开发区，2004年经省商务厅批准变更为中外合资企业。是国内最大的立方氮化硼（CBN）生产企业，规模居世界前三位，是国际知名的立方氮化硼及制品的专业制造商。公司产品一半以上出口国外，市场遍及欧洲、北美、日本、香港等国家和地区，与诸多世界五百强企业建立了长期稳定的合作关系。
公司的产品均由自主研发并拥有自主知识产权，共获得国家专利五十多项。公司设立了省级立方氮化硼及制品工程技术中心，组建了拥有多名博士和二十余名硕士的研发队伍，同时与多所著名大专院校建立了产学研的合作，在多个项目上都取得了突破。公司是中国立方氮化硼标准的起草单位，并正在编写立方氮化硼聚晶刀具的产品标准。

Henan Funik Ultrahard Material Co., Ltd, founded in 1988, made its entrance into National Zhengzhou High & New Technology Development Area in1996,. It was modified as Sino-Foreign joint venture enterprises by the approval of provincial department of commerce in 2004. Funik, being the biggest manufacture of CBN in China, and the top 3 of the production scale in the world, is renowned as the professional CBN manufacture internationally. More than half of the product are exported abroad, with markets in Europe, North America, Japan, Hong Kong and other countries and regions. We have established a long-term stable cooperative relationships with several Top 500 enterprises in the world.
Our products are produced by independent research & development and has independent intellectual property rights, we have obtained more than 50 national patents. We established a provincial CBN and engineering &technical center, with a research team of many doctors and 20-odd masters. We also cooperate with many famous colleges and universities to start academic and production project. Big progress have been made in multiple projects. The company is the CBN standards drafting unit in China, and PCBN industry standards is now underway.
