TRUMPF Medical Systems (Taicang) Co., Ltd. was founded in the year of 2005 as the second wholly owned subsidiary of TRUMPF Group. The Company is engaged in research, production and sales of the medical equipments (classification 2).
Due to the advanced sheet metal processing equipment invested by the group in China, TRUMPF Medicial Systems is now able to do the sheet metal processing with high accuracy. Equipped with the state-of-the-art welding equipment and the surface treatment equipment, as well as a well trained technician team, the Company has the know-how to manufacture the medical instruments in the classification 2 category.
TRUMPF Medical Systems (Taicang) Co., Ltd. obtained production license for medical equipment (classification 2) in April 2005, and received the products registration certificate for MERKUR serials in September of that same year. We established a research team, and work together with the technicians from headquarters to develop the new generation of medical systems. These will be tailored to the Chinese market.
