新川创新科技园是四川省与新加坡合作建设的重大项目，也是成渝经济区、天府新区打造的大型起步项目。中新（成都）创新科技园开发有限公司（以下简称中新（成都）公司）是由中新双方合资组建的中外合资企业，致力于整体规划、开发新川创新科技园项目，注册资本2.97亿美元。合资双方为成都高新投资集团有限公司（国有独资）和新加坡新川投资控股私人公司（由新加坡淡马锡控股（私人）有限公司和胜科工业园有限公司共同出资组建）。
新川创新科技园位于天府新区核心起步区中和片区。园区面积10.34平方公里。规划居住人口12万人，就业人口12万—15万人。项目直接投资约200亿元人民币。园区规划分为高端产业、高端服务聚集、低碳环保、适宜居住的高品质功能区域。中新（成都）公司将在企业运作、商业模式的经营理念指导下，聚集中新双方股东各自优势，充分依托成都现有产业基础、人才资源和开放条件，运用新加坡先进的管理经验和运营模式，引进和服务于全球高端企业、高端科技和优秀人才，本着“资源构筑平台，全球共享共赢”的宗旨，着力将新川创新科技园构建成为集现代制造业、现代服务业和现代生活，亲商、亲民、亲环境于一体的国际一流创新科技园区。

Singapore-Sichuan Hi-Tech Innovation Park (HTIP) project marks a significant milestone for the economic collaboration between Sichuan and Singapore and serves as a pilot project for Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Zone and Tianfu New City. Sino-Singapore (Chengdu) Innovation Park Development Co Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as The Company) is a JV company incorporated by Chengdu Hi-Tech Investment Group Co Ltd (SOE of China) and Singapore-Sichuan Investment Holdings Pte Ltd, a JV company initiated by Temasek Holdings (Pte) Ltd and Sembcorp Development Ltd. The Company, with paid-up capital of USD297 million, is committed to exploring the development of the Singapore-Sichuan HTIP project. Located in Zhonghe town, the core start-up zone of Tianfu New City, the Park covers 10.34 sqkm in area and is poised to provide job opportunities of 120,000 to 150,000 people and home for 120,000 people. The total investment of the HTIP project is about CNY20 billion. It aims to create a critical mass for high-end and low carbon manufacturing, modern services and modern living. The Company will capitalize on the strength of both partners and the current industrial base in Chengdu to bring in modern management practices and talents from both home and abroad and to build a platform where a synergy will be created to integrate resources and competitive edge for a commercially attractive, sustainable and innovative park that is pro-business, pro-people and pro-environment.
