Brief Introduction of research institute TianJin Low Carbon Urban Research institute is established with the cooperation TianJin New Financial Investment Co. Ltd, which directly managed by TianJin City Government and take the responsibility as the operator of TianJin BinHai New areas’ CBD, and TENIO Building and Construction Design Corp. Relevant International specialized research institutes will involve in this foundation as well. The Research Institute aims to implement and practice the overall planning of “the reform and innovation comprehensive pilot trial” for TianJin Binhai New Area which given to official by State Council in National Letter 2008 Nr.26. The primary task for Research Institute is to take the responsibility to the establishment and development of the framework and Index system for YuJiaPu Central Business District, the district with 950*104 m2 construction area has been officially designated by APEC as Low Carbon Model town. Research Institute will support this project mainly in the fields of the research and development of Low Carbon technique, standard Index, the implementation phase consultation, and the Life Cycle Analysis of energy efficiency supervision. Through These efforts, the Research Institute endeavor to make TianJin BinHai New Area CBD attaining the target of the milestone Low Carbon Green City and the Centre of Green Supply Chain. Due to the National Low Carbon Development Strategy and the leading of BinHai New Area’s policy “Practice first, attempt first”, the Research Institute gain sufficient degree of backup from the policy and government low carbon research project. The ambitious of the Research Institute is to serve the BinHai New Area and TianJin, covering the whole China and become an famous influential research institute among the world. 研究院简介：天津市新金融低碳城市设计研究院，在天津市政府领导下由政府平台公司天津新金融投资有限责任公司（天津滨海新区中央商务区城市运营商）与天友建筑设计股份有限公司及引进的国际专业研究机构共同组建，是一所具有国际水准的低碳绿色城市领域专业研究机构。研究院服务于天津市政府为贯彻落实《国务院关于天津滨海新区综合配套改革试验总体方案的批复》国函【2008】26号）和《天津市建设绿色城市和绿色供应链的工作方案》的工作，首要任务是负责总建筑面积为950余万平米，已正式被APEC（亚太经济合作组织）确定为低碳示范城镇的于家堡国际金融区控制框架的构建和指标体系的研发。研究院通过提供低碳领域技术研究、标准体系研究、项目实施咨询及能效监测的全生命周期研究，来实现将天津滨海新区中央商务区建成低碳绿色城市和绿色供应链中心。依托国家低碳发展战略和滨海新区“先行先试”的政策指引，研究院享有较大程度的政策扶持和政府低碳研究项目支持。研究院最终将实现在低碳城市研究领域立足服务滨海，辐射全国、有一定世界影响力的发展目的。工作地点： 天津滨海新区或北京。福利：1. 研究院为每一位员工缴纳各项社会保险和公积金；2.按照国家法定节假日休息（双休、各类节假等）；3.每月为员工举办生日聚会，并有月度部门活动经费； 4.每年为员工安排旅游（春、秋季共两次）、体检等；5.转正后享受综合工作津贴； . 6.转正后按照国家规定享受带薪年假。 . 注：要求简历附带相关证书，职业照。资料不全无法通过初审，恕不予以通知。. 面试流程：简历筛选-电话初审-面试交流-复试审核-入职谈判
