IDEA Beijing, registered as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise in Beijing, serves as the Chinese representative for a network of organisations that promote debate education and youth engagement in over 50 countries throughout the world. The IDEA network has main offices in Brussels, New York, Amsterdam, and London, as well as other offices in Latin America, Southeast Europe, Central Asia and Middle East and North Africa.
IDEA Beijing, together with its partners, will provide trainings, develop curricula, organise events and provide assistance, support and advice to national and local youth and debate initiatives.
IDEA Beijing is looking for a highly motivated individual who will be able to assume the position of IDEA Beijing Director who will be responsible for developing a long-term vision for the organisation as well as developing and coordinating the work of IDEA in China.
