Gardiner & Theobald was formed in 1840 in London where it retains its head office. Today it has grown to be one of the worlds leading project, cost and construction managers involved in all manner of construction and installation projects, from manufacturing and pharmaceutical projects, clean rooms and data centres through to major commercial and public buildings, retail, shopping malls, historic buildings and high end office fit outs.
As a group our aim has been to provide a pre-eminent service to global Clients in the Chinese and Asian markets and to provide local Clients with the skills and expertise gained by working in the global market.
Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds and have a broad range of experience and qualifications. They include project managers, construction managers, cost manager, architects, schedulers, site supervisors and engineers with a background in process, mechanical installation, electrical installation, civil engineering and construction. In addition, we have staff who have broad experience of Development and Construction contracts in China.
This broad range of personnel and diversity of project experiences provides our staff with continual exposure to different project issues, often associated with current and future market technology, technical problems and their resolution and managing a range of people and communication requirements while being innovative in finding methods and solutions to achieve the best time line and cost and value for the client
As a company we have a thoroughly “hands on” approach and have gained a formidable reputation for the successful completion of projects both large and small, that are at the difficult and challenging end of the construction, installation and fit out spectrum.
