面试过程
一面：整个西安，所有部门能进一面的，只有200多人了。一面基本是1vs1，时间在30min-45min之间，面试结果跟面试时间基本没太多关系。一面一般是 刷简历。比如：为什么换专业读研，家哪的等等。然后主要是针对SDS的三个题目来问，问的很细，属于刨根揭底的问。<br><br>二面：能进二面的，CBD大概是20+人，一般是4个面试官，都是CBD内部的hr经理，CBC部门还有，品牌经理等。一般是有一个主面试官，有一个专门记录。问题基本是1.刷简历；2宝洁8大经典问题，3个人职业规划，4个人情况；5对地点的选择；整个时间50min左右，最后也会让你提2-3个问题。
