这是我正式找工作的第一次面试,也是最惨痛的失败!<br><br>流程:网申+上机测试+地区小组面(上海、北京、广州)+北京终面<br><br>很残酷的网申和上机测试,通过率非常低,大概分别只有15%。进入地区小组面的全国约300人,参加北京终面的大约100人。很多团队对组员的背景非常有信心,并且认为自己的开放性问题回答得很好,但是没能通过网申,于是就一直在质疑选拨标准。我不清楚具体的筛选标准,也许只能用缘分来解释了。另外,提交申请资料的时候,请尽量比截止日期多提前几天,否则hr 真的来不及看!我的背景一般,可以看之前的面经;俩队友都比我强,具体不便透露,可以参考下面的开放性问题。<br><br>网申过程中,简历的部分要出色,实在不行就要注水了!要勇于给自己打高分,也要准备<br><br>好自圆其说。<br><br>网申开放性问题<br><br>1、个人开放性问题:(英文回答,有字数限制)<br><br>what was the top one or two major actions that you took in the past 12 monthsin order to develop yourself? how did you identify the area(s) for improvement? what feedback did you receive?<br><br>答案:省略<br><br>2、团队开放性问题【我很懒,只能出主意和策划,具体写作都是队内值得尊敬的牛人完成】<br><br>设想在此次校园招聘活动中,你们的三人申请小组将获得机会直接面对玛氏中国的管理层,做一个介绍本团队综合实力(包括但不限于学业,社会实践,和团队领导力等方面)的演示(presentation),限时10分种,形式不限。你们的任务是让自己的演示形式与众不同,内容有说服力,并最终从其他团队中胜出。请在此描述你们小组策划的演示的形式、结构及主要内容,中英文回答皆可。(好像最多两千字符)<br><br>我们的答案:<br><br>who are we?<br><br>we are the stars of mars.<br><br>we are dove, m&m’s and snickers.<br><br>we are j, w and y.<br><br>we are thoughtful, cute and energetic.<br><br>j (xxx), a boy who is born at the same time when mars first launched its products on chinese market in 1983, is abnormally considerate and thoughtful. the carefulness of mr. dove is brought into full play whether in his internship in sony finance department or in citibank service department. w (wenjing), in spite of her “quiet” name, is an active girl who always brings happiness and laughter to us just as little m&m’s. as a leader of volunteer guidance department in graduate student union, a department leader in communist youth league committee of fudan university and a leader of volunteer group, our miss. m&m’sis always the source of joy.<br><br>y (xxx), a seemingly thin and little girl, has infinite energy and limitless power in her small body. in acca job hunting competition, in national content case competition, and in challenge cup business plan competition, you can all see the figure of our miss. snickers who not only does everything vigorously herself but also implants vigor to people around her.<br><br>three different people with different personalities and experience, compose ateam, mars-star. in mars-star, we never give up because every time we are frustrated, we have m&m’s to cheer us up. in mars-star, we rarely make simple mistakes and we always act on time because we have mr. dove to remind us of the details and arrange for us the time line. in mars-star, nobody ever feels too tired to continue because we have snickers to offer power to us. it is different but supplemented characteristics that perfect the team, mars-star. it is cooperation and coordination that brings up the team, mars-star.<br><br>mars-star grows with mars:<br><br>1.j was born in 1983 when mars first launched its products on chinese markets.<br><br>2.y began her life in primary school in 1993 when mars first established her chocolate factories in beijing china.<br><br>3.w won her first award on principal level in 1999 when mars sponsored the mountain-climbing team of tsinghua university.<br><br>4.y entered high school in 2002 when skittles was first produced in china.<br><br>5.j entered graduate school in 2006 when mars became the chocolate exclusive supplier for 2008 olympic games.<br><br>6.w started her life as a graduate student in 2007 when mars set up mars business school.<br><br>我觉得这个团队问题回答得挺精彩^0^<br><br>上机测试(逻辑+英语):<br><br>在财大的电脑房做的,上机测试的时间并不统一,而且分布在两天内的多个场次。有队友是在我前一天做的上机测试,有些题目竟然完全相同。队内有牛人就是好,今年同学们也可以考虑让强人在前一天多攒些笔经回来给队友参考。<br><br>逻辑——非常难,时间紧,要快、准、狠!<br><br>题目都是中文的,好像是20分钟20道题,有逻辑也有数学。<br><br>真题举例:小明背书包去上学,但是忘记当天是星期几,于是问路人甲,路人甲说:把明天变成昨天,或者把昨天变成明天,两种变化之后,今天距离周日的距离相同。那么今天是星期几?<br><br>英语——类似新托福,要考口语。<br><br>首先是自我介绍,然后是随机产生的一个话题,结合这个话题再说几分钟。英语优秀的同学可以尽情表演了;英语一般的同学,可以放慢语速,防止出现脑子速度跟不上嘴巴速度的情况;关键是不要紧张,停顿稍长一些或者用的语句白痴一点,问题都不大的。我发挥一般,估计逻辑部分帮我拉分了。<br><br>地区小组面:(悲剧@兰生大酒店)<br><br>我们队三人都是经院的,一男两女;另一队三人都是微电子的,一男两女。都是复旦的学生,六个人在小组面的时候不分阵营,全英文的案例分析。面试官:一位矮个中国女性,一位高个欧洲男性。对方同学们在面试前都比较和善,开始面试后就凶相毕露!搬出了早已准备好的框架和大段的英文,虽然案例是现场才知道的,但是那些套话都可以准备的,女生a的语速非常快,跟个机关枪一样,其实这样在面试的时候并不好;女生b的英语也挺好,诡计多端型。我的英语确实差,那时又没准备过英文面试,所以从头到尾都没怎么听懂讨论了些什么,精神打击直接导致我作为计时员多次出错,当时就意识到自己完蛋了!更可恨的是,女生 a叽哩吧啦说了一坨,然后指向我:这位同学比较沉默,有什么想补充的…我大脑一片空白!@#¥%。整个面试过程中,她这样折磨了我四次!本队的牛人脾气好,也没料到对方使出这样的手段,没能完全发挥出自己的水平。(后面面试其他公司时,遇到几次女生b,真是仇人见面分外眼红!)<br><br>结果:我们六人之中,女生a、女生b进入了北京的终面,最终结果不详。如果玛氏只把英语的好坏作为选择人才的标准,真的令人非常失望!<br><br>北京终面:<br><br>我是没机会了,本来非常渴望趁机去北京泡温泉!也不知道最终发了多少offer,如果有校友拿到了,也该来写个面经让我们瞻仰一下。<br><br>总结:大家可以把玛氏的申请当作求职路上的锻炼,学会调整自己的心态,整个过程的淘汰率确实很高,万一没能进入下一轮,原因比较复杂,但是最大的可能还是我们不够优秀!不要太在意,大不了以后不吃德芙和士力架了!另外,如果你的英语很好,勇敢的秀出来吧,优势明显。玛氏的起薪非常高,猜测2009 年应该有13万/年,吸引力非常大!结缘玛氏:因为喜欢吃巧克力,老早盼望能在宣讲会上获得奖品——整箱糖果。2007年,玛氏在相辉堂宣讲的时候,我找出宣传册上的一个毛病并借机提问,真的拿到奖品
