以下是摘抄的一段e5逼迫员工主动辞职的一段,大家看看,美国人的肮脏和卑鄙!after much discussion scott has decided to allow you the chance to resign. i know you may be concerned about the following penalty clause in your employment contract: “where party b is trained by party a, or trained with party a’s support in finance, he/she shall pay back the training expenses if he/she wants to cancel this contract during the term of this contract.”if you decide to resign scott will forgo / ignore this penalty and will pay you through january (this is 48 days extra pay). if you decide not to resign you will be assigned to an account and given professional level tasks to complete. if you cannot complete these tasks you run the risk of being let go for performance, in which case no severance will be paid. scott is also considering a general release in which only 30 days severance will be paid.
