The worst thing is : My last working day is 12.31.2007, but I could not get the bonus for the year 2007, because the boss mark you as the Mr. worst for you have left the company, it is too funny and unfair, even Motorola is a famous company, still treat people so bad when people are leaving. How could we deal with the reality?Find a lawyer for the proper way? Is it works in our country? Forget about it, now I am working for Microsoft, I also could not give a high score, you never know what happen to you in the end about this kind of famous company.

I just lay off from Motorola as employee, and a lot benefit promised in the contract such as additional house funding could not be paid, as HR said, it is the policy. The situation I am facing is "lay off" for the company busniness changing.
