前期质量工程师岗位职责_前期质量工程师工作职责

检具开发（制订检具仕样书、检具技术协议签订、检具制造过程确认、检具设变修改、检具验收等）；Develop inspecting tools( make designs of inspecting tool, sign agreements on inspecting tool technology, confirm the manufacturing process of inspecting tool, correct inspecting tool and accept inspecting tool, etc.)与开发部一起参与试模，确认产品状态及跟踪模具修正效果；Participate in the trial run of mold initiated by Development Department to confirm product condition and follow the correction effect of mold; 制订质量标准文件（检查法、数据单、供方检查规程、检验作业指导书、产品审核规格书、出货检查要领书、及与开发部一起参与制订特殊特性清单、控制计划等、与开发部一起对标准样件、缺陷样件封样；Make quality standard file(inspection method , data sheet, inspection rule for supplier, inspection operation guidebook, specification for product assessment, delivery inspection guidebook,); compile special property list and control plan together with Development Department; Seal standard samples and defect samples with the presence of Development Department;送样产品检验（包括测量及外观确认）并做检验报告、送样阶段客户抱怨处理、装车检讨（问题汇总及跟踪问题改善进度）；Inspect samples (including measurement and appearance confirmation) and make inspection report; handle customer complaint during sample delivery and find out reason by loading sample on machine （analyze and follow problems to improve progress）;按生产件批准程提交或保留PPAP文件（当顾客有明确要求，按顾客要求提交或保留）；Submit and reserve PPAP file（If customers have clear requirements, submit and reserve it upon these requirements）;供应商分零件的认可、及分零件进货检验、分零件质量问题处理；Make approval of components, inspect component purchasing and solve quality problems rising from these components.量产签定会前制订产品的质量目标、负责对检验员进行培训（新产品标准要求及检具使用）；Make product quality goal before agreement meeting for mass production and offer training to inspector (standard requirements of new product and operation of inspecting tool):根据开发部产品PPK研究计划，进行初始能力PPK、过程能力CPK计算；Calculate the primary capability PPK and process capability CPK based on the production PPK research plan supplied by Development Department;按产品审核规定书要求，定期对各自负责的项目进行产品审核工作；Carry out product assessment for individual project periodically as per the requirements of product assessment regulation;负责量产阶段，检验指导书的修订；协组品保组组长对各自负责的项目的质量问题的处理；Responsible for inspection operation guidebook in process of mass production; support quality assurance leader to handle quality problem of individual project;大专以上文化程度，三年以上质量管理工作经验；Above college’s degree, having more than three year’s quality management experience; 熟练掌握全面质量管理知识和ISO/TS16949：2002管理体系； Familiar with overall quality management knowledge and ISO/TS16949：2002 management system;掌握汽车行业APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA五大手册；Having knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA for automobile industry;熟悉我公司的质量手册及程序文件，熟悉我公司生产的产品、工艺流程及检验标准； Familiar with quality handbook and program file of our company as well as products, process flow and inspection standards of our company;具有ISO 9001：2000或ISO/TS16949：2002内审员资格； Having ISO 9001：2000 or ISO/TS16949：2002 internal audit qualification;坚持原则，理解及沟通能力强;Adhering to principle and having strong understanding and communication abilities;能熟练操作计算机办公自动化及AUTO CAD软件。Skillful with computer and AUTO CAD software
