岗位职责:
1、把握程序开发的工作质量,保证工作的进度;
2、负责游戏服务器和客户端架构设计、模块划分;
3、负责游戏的逻辑、AI和工具的开发;
4、对开发团队客户端程序组工作效率和品质进程负责;
5、负责程序开发小组的对外沟通工作;
6、组织游戏开发技术解决方案的研讨;
7、制定游戏开发计划,并定期报告游戏开发进度;
8、协调策划及美术资源的使用。
任职资格:
1、计算机基础扎实,熟悉操作系统特性,熟练使用游戏常用算法;
2、熟悉Linux/XCode下C/C++开发,熟悉TCP/IP网络协议,熟悉MYSQL等数据库;
3、熟悉2D游戏开发流程、熟悉2D渲染、物理开发及相关数学知识,熟悉图形图像处理技术;
4、思维严谨,逻辑清晰,口头表述能力强,熟练使用各种工具来表达设计思想;
5、热爱游戏制作,能承受较大压力,敢于担当,有强烈的事业心、责任感;
6、具有良好的代码习惯及团队协作精神,谦虚好学,有创造力。
职责:-Design and Implement various Gameplay systems that are network and performance friendly.-Collaborates with other engineers and departments in other countries.-Consistently mentor and coach team members.任职资格:-3+ years of experience in the games industry, with at least 1 game shipped.-Experience with Crytech engine.-Experience in design and implementation of Multiplayer Gameplay systems.-Ability to work independently and to be self-directing required.-Passion for making and playing innovative games.-Oral and written English.-Passion for games.Pluses:-Worked on one or more FPS/Shooter titles.-Understanding of client server models.-A t least 1 multiplayer game shipped.
