现场主管岗位职责:
一、抓好施工现场管理工作,督促检查施工单位安全生产、文明施工。
二、深入施工现场,遵照有关施工规范,严格检查施工质量,把好工程质量关。
三、掌握工程的施工进度,监督施工单位执行工程施工合同,按期完成施工任务。
四、参加各单项工程、隐蔽工程的验收,做好验收记录,负责落实缺陷整改工作。
五、做好现场签证和隐蔽工程的验收记录,做好施工日志。
六、负责解决施工现场三通一平及有关施工现场设施等问题,确保施工有序进行。
七、按时参加有关会议,定期向主任汇报工作进展情况,并提出工作建议。
八、完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
Accountabilities: To implement HSSE& Security management on Customer Site; To handle the card management according to the Customer policies; To understand the security and HSSE context locally and associated risk factors, advising solutions which apply Customer’s mitigation principle to prevalent risk context; To understand the state and local regulations and propose solutions that are fully compliant with them; To consolidate and collect the information, statistics and report to G4S. To provide regular training to site staff to achieve operation excellence & to meet the requirements from Customer To set up security and HSSE standards through provision of training when required; To compile site level security procedures (SOPs) as required. To support site manager in Customer to act as an advisor to Customer sites supervisors during incidents and as part of crisis management governance. Key Result Areas:Raised understanding of risk at sites and the recommendation and implementation of security and security related safety measures/processes to mitigate.Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: College or University education or higher;At least 3 years experiences in HSSE & security including 1 year management experience;Customer services focus, and detail oriented;Skilful in working with multiple parties and in a diverse culture working environment;Very good communication, interpersonal skills and professional presentation skills;Analytical and systematic with proven problem solving skills;Good command of oral and written English;Computer literacy;Able to work independently in a proactive and self-driven manner.
