设计部主任岗位职责_设计部主任工作职责

任职要求：1)技术总监的指导下开展工作2)负责公司设计部的管理3)负责监督工程师、设计师和绘图员的工作4)与技术总监一起审核基本设计，检查已经完成的基本设计5)将可能需要同时负责监督几个项目6)根据设计师的能力分配工作任务7)检查项目进度，并注意时间截点8)根据相关准则检查已经完成的图纸9)准备公司技术相关标准任职资格：1)大学本科及以上相关专业学历2)熟悉冶金行业，并负责过工业炉、处理线等相关项目3)能够用英语交流和书写4)有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力，抗压能力强5)有3-5年以上相关工作经历者优先1.1 THE CHIEF OF DESIGN OFFICE ,he will work under the responsibility of CTOhe will have in charge CEW design officehe will supervise the work of team composed of engineers, designers and draftsmen.According the CEW organization chart the CEW design team is composed of several specialist as Casing/refractory/mechanical/piping , fluids and casing /electricityThis design team is responsible for carrying of technical drawing folders ,composedof basic design drawings , details design drawings, Bill of material and specificationsdrafts or performance studies to determine the cost and detailed plans of the structure to be built1.2 GENERAL OPERATING CONDITIONS OFEMPLOYMENT / BUSINESS:The JOB will be exercised in CEW design officeHe will have in charge the design office managementHe will refer regularly to the CTOWith the CTO , he will approve the basic deignHe will check, if the basic design is done according the contractHe will supervise several projects as the same timehe will dispatch the working load to the dedicated designer according the competenceof each onehe will check the project schedule , to respect the dead linehe will anticipate the technical problems,he will have in charge the drawing checkinghe will check , the drawings done in according the normal ruleshe will prepare the CEW standard
