岗位职责：
1.作为新产品与新产品的设计团队介绍MP领导沟通过程所有者,管理新产品发布MP计划。
2.监测项目的现状和问题的报告,提供产品设计评审、产品规格定义输入。
3.铅模拟样品制作和CM起草BOM工作,铅材料/零件的审查和批准,铅初始BOM成本的谈判和批准。
任职资格：
1.相关工程专业本科或以上学历。
2.至少5年以上研发工作经验，对耳机或扬声器NPI管理至少2年。
3.较强的项目管理能力，尤其是新产品。
4.完美的英语能力，包括口语和书面英语。
5.良好的个性和较强的沟通谈判能力;与供应商和设计团队，良好的团队合作精神;高压力和频繁的旅行合同制造下工作（在广东）;工程背景和知道在设计软件（如ProE，AutoCAD）将是可取的。
6.工作协调与多学科团队的能力;注重细节在审查文件;平衡时间的限制和对细节的关注能力。
Functional Outcomes:- As the process owner of NPI to lead the communication with design team for new product introduce to MP.- Managing the schedule of new product release to MP.- Monitoring the project status and issue the weekly report.- Provide inputs for product design review and product specification definition.- Lead mock-up sample making and work with CM for drafting BOM.- Lead material/part's review and approval.- Lead the initial BOM cost negotiation and approval.Qualifications and personal attributes:Preferred:- Bachelor of engineering or above.- At least 5 years of working experience in R&D, at least 2 years for NPI management for headphone or loudspeaker.- Strong project management skill, especially for NPI.- Perfect English skills including spoken and written English.- Good personality and strong communication/negotiation skill.- Good teamwork with vendors and design team.- Work under high pressure and frequent travel to contracted manufacture (in Guangdong).- Engineering background and Know-how on design software (e.g. ProE, autoCAD) will be preferable.Personal Attributes:- Ability to work within and co-ordinate with a multidisciplinary team.- Detail oriented in reviewing documentation.- Ability to balance time constraints with attention to detail.
