主要工作内容Primary Duties:
1. Administer anesthesia or sedation during medical procedures, using local, inhale, intravenous, regional or nerve block methods.
为医疗操作提供麻醉或镇静。方法包括：局部麻醉、吸入或/和静脉麻醉、区域阻滞以及神经阻滞麻醉等。
2. Monitor patient before, during, and after anesthesia and counteract adverse reactions or complications.
对病人实施术前、术中及术后监护。治疗病人的副反应及并发症。
3. Provide and maintain life support and airway management, and help prepare patients for emergency surgery.
提供并维持病人的生命支持及气道维护管理，帮助完善急诊手术病人的术前准备。
4. Record type and amount of anesthesia and patient condition throughout procedure.
记录操作过程中麻醉方式、麻醉药物用量以及病人术中状态。
5. Examine patient, obtain medical history and use diagnostic tests to determine risk during surgical, obstetrical, and other medical procedures.
检查病人、获取病史，完善诊断项目，以评估病人实施外科、产科以及其他医疗操作的风险
6. Position patient on operating table to maximize patient comfort and surgical accessibility.
合理安排病人术中的体位以最大限度满足病人的舒适性并为外科操作提供方便。
7. Decide when patients have recovered or stabilized enough to be sent to another room or ward or to be sent home following outpatient surgery.
决定病人何时开始麻醉恢复以及何时可以转送至其他房间或病区，或是日间手术病人何时回家。
8. Coordinate administration of anesthetics with surgeons during operation.
手术期间，与外科医师共同协作，完成麻醉的实施。
9. Confer with other medical professionals to determine type and method of anesthetic or sedation to render patient insensible to pain.
与其他医疗人员共同商定麻醉或镇静方案。
10. Coordinate and direct work of nurses, medical technicians and other health care providers.
帮助并指导护士、技师及其他工作人员的医疗处置。
11. Order laboratory tests, x-rays and other diagnostic procedures.
下达实验室检查、x-射线检查及其他辅诊检查的医嘱。
12. Diagnose illnesses, using examinations, tests and reports.
根据检查、化验及其报告作出诊断。
13. Manage anesthesia services, coordinating them with other medical activities and formulating plans and procedures.
合理使用麻醉，协助医疗处置并形成相应麻醉方案。
14. Provide medical care and consultation in many settings, prescribing medication and treatment and referring patients for surgery.
为病人提供治疗及咨询，开具处方并实施治疗。如有需要，建议病人咨询外科医师。
15. Inform students and staff of types and methods of anesthesia administration, signs of complications, and emergency methods to counteract reactions.
告知受教学生及员工：麻醉的类型及方法，并发症的表现以及紧急预案。
16. Schedule and maintain use of surgical suite, including operating rooms and anesthetic and sterilizing equipment.
安排手术预约，包括手术室及麻醉设备、手术相应设备。
17. Conduct medical research to aid in controlling and curing disease, to investigate new medications, and to develop and test new medical techniques.
从事疾病控制及治疗相关的研究，检验新药的使用；创新并检验新的麻醉技术。

5年以上临床麻醉经验 More than 5 years in anesthesiology
语言能力 Language Requirement： 英文良好 Good English skills
资历资质及相关许可证书Certificate of Licensing Needed：
(中国医生 Chinese physician）：
医师资格证、医师执业证、职称证Chinese professional physician certificates
(外籍医生 Foreign physician）：
外籍医师短期行医许可 Temporary License for foreign physician to practice medicine
