Balluff has been marketing their complete product range in China for more than 25years.During this time Balluff has become an established brand in China.Guided by the needs of this growing market, we have constantly worked to maintain and adapt our presence. Form the beginning we have made regular appearances at trade shows and dirtctly with some high profile customers, and during this time distribution networks have also been arranged by our representatives in the country.
Form January 1st 2004 we have a new subsidiary in Shanghai-Balluff (Shanghai) Trading Co.Ltd.The Middle Kingdom is now a member of the Balluff family.
With this new organization we are taking on the challenges of a rapidly growing market in China.This new facility holds abroad stock profile of standard products including a 24-hour delivery service to maximize customers’ efficiency. In addition, all our products are certified with all the necessary approvals.
For over 10 years the technicians in China have been familiar with our products, meaning that technical service,application assistance and even on-site product training are customer services that we can offer immediately- we are also able to organize workshops in our modern training facilities in Shanghai. In order to provide the best customer support and to handle the huge distances in China, we have ensured that we have our own sales offices in all key industrial regions.
