The data centers around the globe are on an inflection point. With the concept of virtualization and cloud, IT industry is rushing to develop the next generation product which is going to be the foundation of internet for the next decade. However, much of this concept and media frenzies on cloud are just noises, but Noctilucent has the solution to demystify just that; a solution to accelerate China\'s IT to lead in the global race to cloud architecture.
