Ecolutions is a 100 % foreign owned company, the headquarter is located in Frankfurt Germany. We focus on renewable energy and CDM market in China and India, specializing on the project development, investment, operation management and carbon trading. So far we have set up three teams in Hong Kong, Beijing and Hangzhou.
As an active European CDM investor and CER buyer, Ecolutions mainly undertake the following business:
1.Developing renewable energy and CDM projects in China and India;
2.Close cooperation with Chinese partners for equity Investment in renewable energy and CDM projects with generating revenue from electricity and Carbon Credits;
3.Provide consultative services for company\'s internal and external CDM projects based on a wide range of domestic and international resources, professional technical & financial capability and rich experience in project operation together with senior management team. e.g.
CDM application service, incl. PDD/Feasibility study /Project technical and financial Design /General supplier & Turn Key contractor /Project operation & management
4.Trading of Carbon Credits on compliance and voluntary markets for margins and management fees.
At present, we investment and development different types of projects in China, including but not limited to: landfill gas power generation, biomass power generation and wind power projects.
