GM-Medicare Management (China) Co., Ltd. (“GM-Medicare”) is a joint-venture between Hong Kong publicly-listed integrated healthcare operator, Golden Meditech Holdings (0801.HK) and renowned US healthcare management operators, SynerMed Inc. and EHS Medical Group. We are China’s first and leading provider of medical insurance information management solutions and back-office business process outsourcing services to medical insurance companies. Leveraging on Golden Meditech’s extensive hospital network in China and the two US healthcare companies’ extensive experience operating US Medicare programs, GM-Medicare has developed an automated IT system and intelligent software platform for both local and international medical insurance companies, as well as partners.
