中江土木工程分公司原名中江路桥工程分公司，成立于1997年。业务经营范围：承包国内外道路、桥梁、基础、桩基以及各类工程；国外工程所需的成套机电设备、仪器仪表、配件、建筑材料和其它物资的出口；各类建设工程的勘察、设计、咨询、监理。公司中高级职称人员占公司职工人数的70％以上，具有很强的专业技术能力和管理能力。
工程项目主要有：
1、巴布亚新几内亚（科科普供水工程、马当污水处理工程、外拜克供水工程、马拉邦戈学校维修工程、北新建材仓库工程）
2、贝宁共和国（莫诺省水坝工程、地区医院房建工程、乡村卫生中心工程、省卫生中心工程）；
3、加蓬共和国议会大厦土方工程
4、中江公司与巴布亚新几内亚水局共同签署《战略经济合作伙伴关系协议》
5、博茨瓦纳共和国Gabarone污水管网改造升级工程、Gabarone垃圾处理场、Mahalapye污水管网处理工程
6、宁靖盐高速公路蟒蛇河大桥及张庄互通工程
7、南京江北大道（四期）工程

China Jiangsu Civil Engineering Branch Corporation, formerly called Roads & Bridges Engineering Branch Corporation of CJI, was founded in 1997. Its business scope covers: contracting for roads, bridges, infrastructure, pile foundations and other engineering at home and abroad; export of complete electromechanical equipment & building materials necessary for the contracted projects abroad; exploration, design, consultancy and supervision for a wide range of construction projects. Now the holders of secondary and senior professional-titles accounts for over 70% of the total staff of the Company, possessing a very high specialized technical and management ability.
The projects undertaken include:
(1) Kokopo water-supply engineering, Madang wastewater treatment engineering，Wabag water-supply engineering，Malabunga school maintenance engineering，to Papua New Guinea and Beixin Building Materials Warehouse in Papua New Guinea;
(2) the dam engineering in Mono，the building engineering for the regional hospital, the rural public health centre and the provincial public health centre in the Republic of Benin;
(3) the earthwork of the Parliament Building in the Republic of Gabon.
(4) CJI concluded an agreement with Papua New Guinea titled as “Agreement for Strategic Partnership in Economic Cooperation”.
(5) Upgrading of Sewerage Reticulation Project in Gaborone of Botswana;Gaborone landfill Project; Mahalapye sewerage treatment and pipeline laying project.
(6) Boa River Bridge for Ning-Jing-Yan Expressway and the road connected to and from Zhang Village,
(7) The Jiangbei Avenue Phase 4 in Nanjing,
(8) Road No.5 in the riverfront development area in Jiangning District of Nanjing city and etc.
