立信会计师事务所由中国会计泰斗潘序伦于 1927 年在上海创建，是中国最早建立和最有影响的会计师事务所之一， 2010 年 12 月改制成为本土第一家特殊普通合伙会计师事务所。立信依法独立承办注册会计师业务，具有证券期货相关业务从业资格。2010年，立信获得首批h股审计职业资格。

bdo china shu lun pan certified public accountants llp (hereinafter referred to as “shu lun pan”) was founded by the chinese accounting arbiter dr. shu lun pan in shanghai in 1927, which was one of the most influential and aged accounting firms in china, and was re-founded in 1986. approved by the government, it conducted certified public accounting services individually in accordance with legal regulations, and was qualified for relevant securities and futures services.
after a development of nearly 80 years, shu lun pan acquired a leading position in business scopes, service qualities and social images within china. since year 2001, shu lun pan had always ranked the first position on the number of issued auditors’ reports for domestic listed companies among accounting firms of the country. according to the statistics of top 100 chinese accounting firms, shu lun pan ranked the 5th for five consecutive years from year 2002 to year 2006, and ranked the 6th in year 2007 and 2009 (the rank of total revenue was still the 5th).
in january 2009, shu lun pan joined bdo international, and its business scopes extended to providing clients with audit services abroad. from year 2000 to year 2009, approved by the ministry of finance of people’s republic of china (hereinafter referred to as “the ministry of finance”), shu lun pan opened branches in xinjiang, jiangsu, hangzhou, beijing, shanxi, shenzhen, yunnan, sichuan, xiamen etc. successively, by doing so shu lun pan had become one of the most influential cross-regional accounting firms in china.
