宁波橡胶有限公司前身为国有宁波橡胶厂，成立于1958年8月1日，主要生产机械配套用的V型动力转动带，在公司成立52年来一直是中国市场动力传动带行业的领导者，是出口各种动力传动带的国家重点企业之一。2003年8月公司通过ISO9001: 2000质量管理体系及ISO14001:1996环境管理体系认证。2008年公司由意大利麦高迪集团收购，现为意大利全资子公司，位于宁波市镇海区澥浦镇宁波化工园区内，拥有员工500多人。麦高迪公司成立于1957年，在欧洲、北美、南美和亚洲均有专业生产动力传输带、同步带、传动系统的工厂和办事处。近几年麦高迪通过对公司重组，引进新技术和生产工艺，使公司的生产水平稳步提高，新产品开发能力不断加强，技术力量日渐雄厚，产品远销世界30多个国家和地区。公司计划在未来3年内将目前销售额再翻一番，热忱欢迎工程、机械、化工类的专业人才加入我司，与公司一起共同发展。

Ningbo Rubber Co., Ltd., originally called Ningbo Rubber Factory, was founded on 1st Aug., 1958 with main products of V power transmission belts. In year 2008 Megadyne Group, a well-known Italian Company leading the world’s industrial power transmission belt, synchronisation belt, and transmission systems, acquired Ningbo Rubber Co. in Zhenhai Xiepu Chemical Zone who has now over 500 employees.
Megadyne Group, which was founded in 1957 and owns several factories and companies in Europe, U.S.A., South America and Asia, after the acquisition, started the process of reorganization of Ningbo Rubber Co., enriching the original production by introducing new technologies and new manufacturing processes.
