One of our clients, Belle Wood Villas is a brand new exclusive villa and country club project located in San Lin Town, Pudong. The project features 109 modern villas. A 7,000 m2 sports and leisure clubhouse will be built. The whole project is beautifully landscaped with many trees, plants and flowers. The villas are for lease only, not for sale. The target is Western expatriates working in Shanghai. The monthly rents will range from USD $4,000 to $9,000.
QLC is assisting the owner to establish the Property Management Team. The PM Team will provide 5 star property management services to the residents and guests.
