本公司是台湾嘉昌科技集团下属在深圳新成立的一家子公司，专门从事数码产品研发及生产一体化的综合性企业。
嘉昌科技股份有限公司成立於1991年5月。公司成立之初，是以通訊類產品及其週 邊附屬用品等產品的進出口和內銷買賣為主，奠定了公司日後擴展至其他領域的基礎。
在1995年間，公司專業人員的不斷加入，擴展了公司新的產品專案，更延伸到電腦整機 暨其週邊商品，並於1997、1998年間，導入了准系統套裝電腦，亦因此使本公司由業務 行銷轉入了製造的行業，導向客戶DEM/ODM研發設計，提供客戶更滿意的服務。
西元2000年至今，本公司導入另一個市場領域─「消費性家電產品」可攜式DVD播放機及MP3隨身聽的研發設計，並且自產自銷。改以自行設計、研發、組裝、測試、包裝。而業 務方面完全采由公司自我品牌行銷。本公司投入該領域中的各項產品。期盼能提供給社會 大眾更舒適、更便捷、更高品質的生活。
Acme Plus Technical Co.,Ltd established in may 1991. In the early, we focus on the import-export and domestic market for the communication and its related products. The early business range has established the foundation for the other fields in the future.
Between 195,there are many professional members to join us incessantly and they expended new products items for company even extended to personal computers and related products for computers. In1997 and 1998 we brought in barebones, therefore our company transferred our business form sales into manufacture. We incline toward the DEM/ODM design for clients and offer clients more satisfactory service.
From 2000 to now, our company entered another field-consumer electronics included portable DVD-Payer and MP3 walk man. We produce and sell by ourselves; we design, research, develop, assemble, test and pack all products by ourselves. In regard to the sales, we adopt our brand to promote. Out company devote ourselves to all products in the fields and expects to offer more comfortable, convenient and high-quality life.
