巴可利亚德成立于2003年3月，是比利时巴可公司与北京利亚德电子科技有限公司合资成立的的，主要致力于优质室内外全彩LED显示设备及解决方案的设计、生产、销售、安装以及售后服务。其控股方---巴可公司，是全球著名的制造生产投影系统、显示系统、工业自动化监控系统等高精度、高品质电子产品的企业。巴可利亚德已成功地将比利时总部LED产品生产线转到了中国， 目前，已经发展成为LED显示屏的生产和研发基地、亚太区的能力中心。
公司现有员工130人，在上海、广州、深圳、重庆、香港等地设有办事机构。
