The new-born Joint Venture, GEFCO-DTW Logistics Co. LTD, is a new company issued from GEFCO, a French company, and DTW , a Chinese company.
GEFCO, a subsidiary of the PSA PEUGEOT CITROËN Group, is one of the major European logistic services provider having a long experience of automotive logistics, and which has been engaged for many years in the provision of large scale domestic and international logistic services to major carmakers and car components manufacturers worldwide, as well as in domestic and international logistics dedicated to customers involved in other production or distribution activities worldwide.
DTW is a well-known Chinese freight forwarding and logistic services enterprise which is engaged for many years in the provision of domestic and international freight forwarding services to customers operating in the PRC, and which is particularly involved in express, freight forwarding and road transportation activities through a wide network established throughout the PRC, as well as in air and sea freight forwarding agency and custom brokerage activities.
The JV main business scope is to provide inbound and outbound logistics services to the automotive industry first, but also to other customers. These services encompass:
- Domestic Logistics services such as large scale warehousing activities, organization of inbound and outbound Third Party Logistics transport, distribution and grouping network services,
- International Logistics Services such as international freight forwarding services including custom brokerage services warehousing
- Other services such as rental and management of handling materials

- 国际物流服务，如国际货运代理服务，包括报关代理、仓储等服务；
- 其他服务，如物料搬运设备的租赁与管理等。
