CFO Centre is a medium size of consulting business and provides two major lines of service: 1) corporate governance and risk management: SOX Section 404 compliance consulting, internal audit outsourcing, risk assessment, advisory to Audit Committee and Board of Directors; 2) US GAAP advisory and support: full range of US GAAP conversion, advisory on complex US GAAP issues, pre-audit readiness, and financial due diligence. All our clients are either US listed companies or domestic Chinese companies seeking venture capital or US listing in the near future.
Our representative customers are within the following industries: education, on-line gaming, media and advertising, financial services – insurance agency and brokerage, software development, manufacturing – OEM/ODM, etc.
