Alantac Technology is a one-stop solutions provider for precision machining and contract equipment manufacturing services, specialising in consignment and full turnkey projects for the semiconductor (\"semicon\"), hard disk drive (\"HDD\") and telecommunications (\"telecom\") industries.
We offer a wide range of services from contract manufacturing of precision machining components to the assembly, integration and commissioning of semi-automated lines.
•Semiconductor: We manufacture precision machining components and sub-assembly modules for semicon equipment manufacturers who then assemble them into complete machines.
•Hard Disk Drive: For our customers in the HDD industry, we undertake the machining, assembly, integration of equipments and automated assembly lines. These equipments and assembly lines are then installed and commissioned at our customers\' production plants for assembly and testing of HDDs.
•Telecommunications:We provide precision machining services for parts and components to companies in the telecom industry.
Our Clientele
Our clientele largely comprises of MNCs with manufacturing operations in Singapore, Ireland, the People\'s Republic of China (\"PRC\"), South East Asia and USA. We have established long-standing relationships with many of our clients for over 10 years. Major customers include Hewlett Packard, Kinergy, Kulicke & Soffa, Maxtor Peripherals and Shinei International.
Manufacturing Facility
Presently, we have a manufacturing facility in Singapore operating in an area of 41,000 square feet which houses 118 machines and equipments ( this includes 46 units of Computerised Numerical Control CNC machines for milling and turning, 7 units of CNC machines for wirecut and 65 other units of machines for electrical discharge and grinding processes, etc.).
Our second manufacturing facility in Suzhou, PRC have commenced operation in April 2005 with an area of 38,000 square feet. Currently, we have 19 machines and equipments ( including 13 units of Computerised Numerical Control CNC machines for milling and turning, 2 units of CNC machines for wirecut and 4 other units of machines for electrical discharge and grinding processes, etc.). There are plans to increase the number of machines and equipments.
