Company History and Business Profile
Jeanswear Services Far East Limited (the “Company”) is a limited liability company incorporated on 1st Nov 1999 under the laws of Hong Kong. The Company was formed due to internal group reorganization. Actually, our business was carried over from the former company, Jeanswear Services Hong Kong Limited, which was established in November 1995.
The Company is formed as a production platform in Far East. The parent company is ‘Fingen Apparel N.V.’ in Netherlands, headquarter is Fingen S.P.A. in Italy. For the reason of having sales and purchases activities in Europe and Far East countries, the Company was established in Hong Kong for centralizing all purchases, placing orders, following up production, assuring quality standard, etc., with the buying in the Far East Countries.
To cope with the rapid growth of our business, we are continuously extending our sources in China as well as in Far East. On the other hand, we do dedicate a great deal of effort in the fabric sourcing and washing development in order to offer better services to our buyers.
