To help the executives and managers in China to prepare for the changing business environment and embrace the unprecedented opportunities and challenges in the 21st century, The University of Texas at Arlington created the China Executive MBA program, in collaboration with a few leading universities in China. This program has been officially approved by the Office of Academic Degrees and the Ministry of Education, and it leads to an Executive Master of Business Degree fully accredited by AACSB.
The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), founded in 1895, is a comprehensive teaching and research university. With enrollments of more than 20,000 students from 47 states and 89 countries, UTA is ranked as one of the top 50 universities in the Midwest USA and the second largest in the University of Texas System. UTA\'s College of Business Administration is ranked as one of the top 80 business schools in the United States, and is recognized as a leader in delivering many excellent executive development programs. It\'s MBA and other business education programs are all accredited by AACSB--the highest accreditation body of the United States.
UTA is committed to make its China Executive MBA program an integrated, up-to-date, pragmatic and high quality program. The program is designed to help the students to apply the state-of-the-art management concepts and skills acquired to real world cases. The courses are mainly delivered by American professors who have extensive teaching experience as well as business experience.
Since UTA-EMBA Program was launched in China in 2002, there are 23 classes in Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. 18 classes have graduated. Half students have gone to the States for graduation ceremony or short-term training. UTA-EMBA participants are mainly from multinationals and China state-owned enterprises including HP, Du Pont, Bayer, Emerson, Alcatel, Delphi, Ericsson, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Nokia, Schneider, Exxonmobil, IBM, Dell, Panasonic, Wyeth, GlexoSmithkline, Agilent, Kodak, GE, General Signals, Parmalat, China Unicom etc.

美国德克萨斯大学阿灵顿商学院中国联络处
2002年经国家教育部和国务院学位办批准，美国德克萨斯大学与中国同济大学合作EMBA硕士学位项目，使中国优秀在职人员有机会获得经美国最高商学院评定机构AACSB认证的美国德克萨斯大学阿灵顿商学院的EMBA硕士学位。
美国德克萨斯大学-阿灵顿校区成立于1895年，是一所集教学、研究为一体的综合性大学。目前有来自四十七个州，八十九个国家的在校生二万多人，是美国中西部前五十所大学之一，在德州大学系统中名列第二。其下属的阿灵顿商学院是美国前八十所著名商学院之一，以培养企业现职中层以上高级管理人才著称。该学院的学位项目均获得美国最高商学院评定机构AACSB的认证。阿灵顿商学院中国EMBA项目在设置上体现系统化、国际化、实用性和高质量。着重于国际商务的最新动态，充分的案例教学,课程设置在充分体现美国商学院的主流的同时，力求贴近中国当前热点，旨在确保学员能将所学及时高效地应用于实际管理工作中。教学方式以美方主力师资面授为主，中国优秀教授负责辅导。
自2002年UTA—EMBA项目进入中国，在北京、上海、深圳等地已招生并开课23个班，毕业18个班，其中一半学员前往美国参加了毕业典礼和短期培训。参加阿灵顿商学院EMBA学习的学员来自：惠普、戴尔、杜邦、菲利浦、爱默生、阿尔卡特、德尔福、爱立信、普华永道、诺基亚、施耐德、美孚、IBM、松下、惠氏、葛兰素史克、柯达、通用等著名跨国企业；还有来自联想、网通、联通、中国银行、TCL、双星等知名国内大型企业；同时，来自美国、加拿大、日本、南韩及香港和台湾的企业管理者也参加了阿灵顿EMBA班的学习。
