Quality Controller Garments
Long established Australian company producing high-specification clothing is seeking for a person to fill the QC role in Shanghai and Huizhou. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work in a company with a strong reputation in the highly demanding production of school uniforms for the Australian market.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will have autonomy and an aptitude for detailed reporting. You will be able to communicate in a technically professional manner and have a capacity for responding to a varied workload and changing priorities to meet the specific timelines.
Key responsibilities:
QC management of China based supplier factories, liaison and reporting to internal staff.
Assist in the allocation of production to the most suitable factory.
Following through the resolution of all, not to specification, samples.
Verification that bulk conforms to pre production and shipping samples.

Have an ability to grow relationships with suppliers
Highly Regarded Skills:
Working knowledge of LECTRA or Gerber CAD systems.
Written/spoken mandarin, Cantonese and English
Computer literacy
Ability to travel freely within China
