Introduction to Vendtek
VendTek Systems Inc. develops and licenses transaction automation system software and supporting technologies focusing primarily in the prepaid telecom and financial services industries. VendTek is commercializing its products via revenue sharing license arrangements through its subsidiaries and with its customers.
VendTek was founded in 1988 and became a public company listed in Canada in 1999. VendTek has an international presence with offices in Canada and China and customers in the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East.
Product Offering
VendTek\'s foremost product is its proprietary e-Fresh software which consists of a suite of server software applications and corresponding software client modules. The e-Fresh software is a superior distribution methodology for product distribution compared with the traditional method of distributing prepaid services via preprinted cards. The e-Fresh
software is used to create distribution networks which sell services on proprietary or non-proprietary hardware thereby creating an e-Fresh
network. VendTek\'s e-Fresh software creates infrastructure for service providers, retailers and retail distributors allowing them to distribute electronic products and services with increased efficiency.

VendTek Beijing
VendTek\'s wholly owned subsidiary VendTek Systems Technologies (Beijing) is generating recurring license revenues in China from the licensing of e-Fresh software to VendTek\'s customers in China. The staff in VendTek\'s Beijing office coupled with a good business relationship with our principle customer in China, provides the foundation to launch the e-Fresh technology in additional provinces in China and other countries in Asia.
