北京海睿蓝天投资顾问有限公司简介是中国欧美同学会商会2005委员会(www.2005committee.org)的所属公司。中国欧美同学会商会2005委员会由部分优秀归国留学人员于2005年11月在京共同发起，由留学人员中的商界精英、学术名家和其他成功人士组成，正日渐成为中国留学人员群体交流联谊的高端平台。
2005委员会旨在为转型期中国发展提供国际化视野，为新时期和谐社会贡献建设性意见，为走向全球的中国企业搭建跨越东西方的桥梁，力争成为国家、社会和企业发展中富有影响力的民间高级智库。
Aiming to be a bridge between China and outside world and an important think tank for China, the 2005 Committee is the WRSACC （Western Returned Scholars Association Chamber of Commerce）affiliated organization which is formed voluntarily by a group of outstanding Chinese returnees on Nov. 20, 2005.
The 2005 Committee\'s Function and Mission:
(1) To organize high quality seminars and forums and carry out researches for China\'s progress and development, to provide strategic and feasible as well as timely advice and suggestions, and to promote their implementation;
(2) To establish friendly and cooperative relations with governmental agencies, international organizations, foreign and domestic enterprises, academic and research institutions and others and make it an important bridge and link among them;
(3) To become an exchange and liaison platform for Chinese oversea trained returnees, as well as to safeguard their rights and interests.
