宁波市杰尔威工具有限公司创建于2005年12月，位于宁波镇海经济开发区内，毗邻宁波北仑港，地理环境优越，交通十分便利。公司总投入资金500万美元，厂区占地面积3万平方米，公司现有技术、生产、管理方面的员工120多人，包括来自台湾的高级管理人员、生产技师、工程师。
现公司专业制造1/4、3/8、1/2铬钒钢套筒，套筒组及套筒附件（万向接头、火花塞、接杆、滑杆等），包括镜面、雾面镀铬、激光打标等表面处理，6角、12角、大R角、E套筒等款式，严格按照德国DIN标和美国ANSI标准生产，产品线分欧洲和美洲两大系列，每月都有新产品发布。公司的生产设备和生产工艺均达同行业先进水平，主要生产设备有冷锻机、自动车床，油压滚字机，喷漆机，振动筛选机，高效率三次元振动研磨机、抛光机、喷砂机等等。

Ningbo Gerway Tools Co. Ltd was established in 2005,it is specialized in making Chrome Vanadium socket series and socket accessories, which strictly comply with DIN and ANSI standard. The production equipment and technology of the company lead its counterparts in this field. The main production equipments include Hydraulic Automatic Feeder Lathe, Hydraulic Automatic Feeder Bench Lathe, Stamping Machine ，Spray-paint Machine，Vibratory Filtration Machine，High Efficiency 3-Dimensional Vibratory Finishing Machine, the forging machines and heat treatment lines will be built up by the end of this year.
