Science Alliance BV is a Dutch intermediary organization that stimulates the collaboration and knowledge transfer between universities and external parties.Since March 2005,the company has undertaken the liaison and investigation tasks for the Dutch side for the South Holland-Shanghai Pudong Co-Innovation Program. The mission of this Program is to provide services of research, business exploration, matchmaking, operational support, information collection and other consultation services to both Dutch and Chinese institutions, especially in the biological, medical, ICT and new materials sectors.
