NXP Semiconductors Suzhou Ltd is the fourth Assembly & Test plant set up by NXP Semiconductors.
With an eventual total investment amount of one billion US dollars, this plant expects to reach yearly turnover 1.5 billion US dollars. Its business will focus on China market, especially in Mobile Communication to support PD growth worldwide.
During the first two years, in 2003~2004, there will be only small scale Testing operation with maximum capacity of 12 TU.Mass production in Assembly will start by Y2005 and ramp up to 72 HU by end of year 2008.
