* Architectural, Interior Design, Construction and Building experience and knowledge
* Excellent Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Auto CAD [other CAD programs accepted], Photoshop, Illustrator,
* Proficiency in both Chinese and English written and spoken language [other languages will also be noted]
* Knowledge about Immigrating to Australia
* Computer skills
* Typing and Office Administration Experience
* Excellent Public speaking skills
