shanghai electrical machinery group co.,ltd.(semc) is the largest manufacturing and export base for small & medium-sized electric machines in china. founded in february 1956, as china's first specialized electric machine company, semc is now one of the national first-class big enterprise which has the right to deal with foreign trade of itself.
