Kwok + Partners Architects is an international design firm specializes in architecture, interior design, programming and strategic planning for commercial, institutional and manufacturing development projects. Responding to projects’ need in China, our Shanghai office was set up in 1992 and full time directed by our principal partner ensuring the Firm’s design philosophy and services commitments are fulfilled and maintained.
In the past years, our involvement with a broad range of projects and organizations has provided us with an understanding of the unique building industry practices in China. With our international background of professional experience, we are able to explore a built environment that can enhance functionality, maximize efficiency while maintaining client’s image and meet regional cultural concerns. Additionally, our team’s knowledge of commercial architecture has enabled many of our clients to examine and explore real estate opportunities, and as well as to discover possibilities that may reduce project costs and improve upon design for efficiency.
In our Shanghai office, the core group members with their extensive overseas experience and years of local practicing are familiar with the building codes and regulations, and as well as project administration procedures. The office is in constant liaison with the Statutory Authorities ensuring information on local conditions and requirements are current.
We use our international resources together with our well-established office management systems ensuring professional contribution by every participant, and as well as collectively as a group. Our office in China is able to provide professional services at every stage of the project with an emphasis on design quality and management effectiveness for overall project efficiency.
