上海大众动力总成有限公司成立于2005年4月29日，是由大众汽车（中国）投资有限公司和上海汽车集团股份有限公司合资组建的发动机生产企业。公司位于上海市嘉定工业园区北区，占地面积24.2万平方米，一期项目总投资23亿人民币，年产发动机30万台，二期项目于2009年启动，总投资追加到41亿人民币，产能提升至60万台，是世界上加工工艺和技术水平最先进的发动机生产基地之一。
Company Introduction
Shanghai Volkswagen Powertrain Co., Ltd. (VWPT), established on 29th April, 2005, is a joint venture specialized in engine manufacturing co-founded by Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., Ltd. and SAIC Motor Corporation Ltd. The company is located in the Jiading Industrial Area in Shanghai, covering an area of 242,000㎡ with a total investment of 2.3 billion RMB and an annual production capacity of 300,000 engines in its first phase. The second phase of the project, which is launched in 2009, increases the total investment to 4.1 billion RMB and the production capacity reaches 600,000 units. VWPT is one of the most modern engine-manufacturers with advanced processes and technology in the world.
产品介绍
公司主要生产德国大众最先进的EA111系列1.4L、1.6L MPI和1.4L TSI汽油发动机。该系列发动机具有油耗低、耐久性高、符合欧Ⅳ排放标准等众多优点。主要配套上海大众汽车有限公司所生产的波罗、朗逸和斯柯达晶锐、明锐等车型。其中1.4L MPI发动机功率为63KW，扭矩为130NM；1.6L MPI发动机功率为77KW,扭矩为155NM。2009年起，公司开始生产EA111系列1.4L TSI（涡轮增压燃油直喷）发动机。这款具有革新意义的发动机最大功率达到96KW，扭矩为220NM，具有结构紧凑、油耗低、效率高的特点，象征着大众汽车最高的可靠性和质量保证，将驾驶乐趣和优越的经济性充分结合。

Product introduction
The current products of VWPT are 1.4L ,1.6L MPI and 1.4L TSI gasoline engines, the most modern engines of EA111 series newly designed by Volkswagen Group. The engines possess the advantages of low fuel consumption, EU Ⅳ emission standard and high durability. The engines are currently assembled to Polo, Lavida , Skoda Fabia， Skoda Octavia of Shanghai Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd. The power of the 1.4L MPI engine is 63KW with the torque of 130NM, and the 1.6L engine is 77KW with 155NM. The 1.4L TSI (Turbocharged fuel Stratified Injection) engines, which is launched in 2009, achieves the power of 96KW and the torque of 220NM. This innovative engine has the characteristics such as downsizing, low fuel consumption and high efficiency, which stands for the reliability and quality of the highest standard level of Volkswagen and combines fun to the drive with excellent fuel efficiency.
