一、医院概况
云南肾脏病医院，成立于1997年，是一所国内知名的非营利性肾脏病专科医院，自建院以来，始终坚持“患者至上、质量第一”的服务宗旨，围绕着“严谨求实、医护民康”的核心价值，不断创新、完善，在全体医护人员的共同努力下，今天的医院以崭新姿态蓬勃发展。
医院现址建筑面积1.2万平方米，全院职工160余人，实际开放床位160张，重点建设肾脏内科、血液净化、泌尿外科、肾移植术后随访四个重点学科。其中血液净化及肾移植术后随访学科，已具备绝对专科优势，不论患者数量还是医疗质量均居云南省首位，是目前省内少数几个能与国有三甲医院形成专业抗衡的民营医院。2010年底，我院肾脏病学专业获批成为全国临床重点专科建设项目。

二、特色优势
1. 血液净化
作为专科医院，强调专科建设是我院医疗技术发展的核心思路。我院拥有云南省设施最完备、规模最大、患者最多的层流血液净化中心，拥有80余台多功能血透机。医院参照国际超纯化透析标准，全面建立透析液体系统质控体系，配置省内唯一双级热消毒水处理设备，充分保障患者透析品质。目前，每月完成各类血液净化治疗近3000例次，并已成为云南地区唯一的儿童透析治疗中心，收治患者年龄5岁到91岁。除收治常规血透病人外，更擅长处置各类涉及多器官功能不全、心脏术后肾功能不全、移植术后围手术期血液净化、移植肾失功后带肾血透等急危重症透析患者，先后多次受邀派出CRRT治疗小组，前往昆医附一院等三甲医院参与救治危重病患。
同时，积极引入现代化信息管理技术，为患者建立透析治疗评估，实施个性化透析治疗方案，全面开展血透、血滤、血浆置换、床旁肾替代治疗等多项业务。现已完成各项血液净化治疗近十五万次，在血液净化新技术的开展及各类中毒病人的抢救中，赢得社会广泛赞誉。
2. 肾移植术后随访
肾移植术后患者的移植后治疗对于移植单位的存活及其功能有着极为重要关系，我院肾移植术后随访部，目前长期随访患者近1000人，担负全省85%以上肾移植术后患者的术后随访治疗。我院通过十四年的发展，在指导肾移植术后血药浓度调节、移植单位检测、术后用药等方面，积累了丰富临床经验。据统计，我院近五年人肾存活、率人存活率均达到国际先进水平。
三、信息化管理
我院始终将现代信息化管理技术视为管理核心，自建院以来我院先后自主设计开发了医院管理信息系统、办公自动化系统、数字医学影像系统、透析数字化管理系统等信息化管理软件，全院实现无纸化医疗流程管理，基本实现无纸化办公管理。目前所有在院患者可以在任何终端享受预约就诊、预约治疗、费用查询、检验、检查结果自助打印等便捷的信息服务。
四、发展蓝图
我院现正兴建一所占地2万平方米，总建筑面积5.5万平方米，设置床位500张的综合医院。预计2012年底建成。新医院重点建设除目前的肾脏病专科外心血管、神经科、生殖医学、医学健康促进共四个高起点、高专业化的特色学科。医院将兴办成为一所高医疗技术含量、高效率运营管理、高医疗服务品质涵盖现代医疗、医学健康促进新理念的现代化、优质民营医疗资源。

1. General Situation
Yunnan Kidney Hospital, a nationwide reputable hospital specialized in kidney-related disease. Since its foundation in 1997, we persist in the service tenet of patient and quality first all along. And we revolve around the rigorous and factualistic core value to innovate and consummate continuously. With joint endeavours from all our 160 staff, Yunnan Kidney Hospital today is taking on a brand-new look and thriving.
The premise of the hospital covers a floor space of 12,000 square meters and has accommodations for 160 patients. Nephrolology, Hemodialysis, Urology and Follow-up after Renal Transplantation are the four of the key projects we are constructing. Hemodialysis and Follow-up after Renal Transplantation have got absolute predominance in Yunnan Province regardless of the number of patients and quality of health care. It is one of the few private hospitals that can compete with state-owned first class hospital up till now in Yunnan.
2. Key Subject
⑴ Hemodialysis
As a specialized hospital, development of medical techniques through emphasizing the construction of specialized subject is our core scope of mind. We now has more than 87 dialysis machines and has established domestic top-ranking hemodialysis center and it has taken the lead in Yunnan no matter in equipments and facilities allocation, the number of patients and quality of health care. We refered to standard of international super purification and established a comprehensive quality control system for dialysate. We paid a high price for bipolar heated-reverse osmosis water purification unit which is one and only equipment in Yunnan. It can fully guarantee patients the dialysis treatment quality. Meanwhile, the center carries out about 3,000 times dialysis treatment each month. In addition, it became the only one child’s hemodialysis center in Yunnan.
We positively introduce modern information management technology to establish hemodialysis treatment assessment system and perform personalization treatment method for patients. Besides hemodialysis treatment, we also support hemofiltration, HDF, hemoperfusion, plasma exchange and CRRT (Continues Renal Replacement Treatment). We have accomplished 100,000 times various hemodialysis treatments and winning wide acclaim in developing new technologies of hemodialysis and emergency treatment to various patients with acute poisoning.
⑵ Follow-up after renal transplantation
We establish following up outpatient department for patients who are after renal transplantation and it is the one and only expert consultation for renal transplantation in Yunnan. Through 14 years development, we have had rich clinical experience in post-operative cares of renal transplantation. At present, we have more than 950 long-term follow-up renal transplant patients. The patient account make up 85% in whole province. According to statistics, the survival rate of patients and grafts in our hospital reached the international advanced level.
3. Informationization management
We always have the modern information technology as our core of management. Since the hospital was established, we have designed and developed independently some information management software, such as the Hospital Information System, Office Automatic System, Digital Medical Image System and Digital Management System of Hemodialysis. The whole hospital has totally materialized paperless management in medical procedure and most daily office workflow. All patients in our hospital can enjoy accessible information services by any computer-powered terminals, e.g. seeing a doctor and taking treatment reservation, self- inquiry of medical costs, self-help print of test or examination report.
4. New Hospital Planning
We now building a new hospital, which set 500 beds, cover a floor space of 55,000 square meters. The new hospital is expected to be completed in the end of 2012. Besides nephrology and urology we provided as the key program at present, we also plan to construct four more high starting point and high level of specialization key programs including cardiovascular disease, Neurosurgery, reproductive medicine and medical health care department. We will run it to be a modern and fine quality private hospital with high medical technique content, high efficient operation administration and high-quality health care.
