A US Garment Company is looking for Merchandisers for their Shanghai branch office with
the following qualifications：
- ? 5 years solid experience in garment manufacturing – a must
? Good fashion & color sense; familiar with approving lab-dips
? Experience in handling yarn and knit product items
? Sound technical knowledge (sample fitting & preparation of sample production specs to factories)
Strong technical skill in sourcing, development, production follow up & price negotiation
? Ability to see the order / account through from development to delivery.
Ability to carry out market research; source and develop materials and accessories, as well as finished products for customers
? Knowledge of production and sampling processes.
? Must be able to effectively interact with inter-company departments and outside suppliers and efficient with follow-up and documentations
? Ability to work independently and supervise merchandising team
? Ability to work with USA counterparts independently
? Good follow-up & communication skills with factories & US buyers (experience in American market is an advantage)
? Outgoing personality, creative, hard-working, self-motivated and with initiative and positive disposition
? Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
