拓领环球物流（中国）成立于1995年12月，是一家专门为跨国公司及国内知名企业提供仓储、配送、运输、国际货代及其它增值服务的第三方物流公司。其前身是合资企业深圳新科安达后勤保障有限公司，2010年3月公司已完成股权转让变更手续，成为澳大利亚最大物流公司拓领环球物流的全资子公司。

Incorporated in 1995, Toll Global Logistics is the leading 3rd Party Logistics Provider in China. We provide a complete range of innovative supply chain solutions with services including Warehousing, Distribution, Transportation, International Freight and other Value Added Services to many of the world’s best known brands in China as well as many famous Chinese brands. Prior to the acquisition of our previous JV partner’s equity in March 2010, we traded under the name of Shenzhen ST-Anda Logistics, however, we are now re-branded as Toll Global Logistics China. Toll employ more than 2,000 dedicated specialists in China – providing services to some of the world’s largest and most respected companies focusing on several sectors including Consumer, Retail & Fashion, Healthcare, Hi-Tech, Industrial and Chemical. We currently serve our customers through a comprehensive China network of 24 Regional Distribution Centres (RDC’s) and Distribution Centres (DCs’) with a total warehouse area in excess of 400,000 square metres. With 1,200 vehicles under management and a significant sell-owned fleet of trucks, Toll Global Logistics is able to reach over 38,000 drop points in 1,600 Chinese cities covered by our strategically located RDCs within a 72-hour window. Toll Global Logistics’ integrated IT system, incorporating leading WMS/OMS/TMS, is linkable via EDI interface with customer’s various systems (SAP, ORACLE, 4SHIFT, JDED, U8, KINGDEE, etc) to enable real-time data visibility. We currently process approximately 90% of all orders via EDI links with our clients.
