        北京天能继保电力科技有限公司创建于2000年，注册于北京中关村科技园区上地信息产业基地的高新技术企业。
        公司市场定位于电力客户的110kV及以下智能变电站、配电保护自动化系统，非电力客户的智能局域电网，提供完整的一体化解决方案，公司通过不断深入了解客户的需求进行企业的服务创新、技术创新和机制创新以更好的服务于客户。
        公司北京总部负责企业办公、营销中心及智能变电站系统的研发，在南京成立了南京天能电力自动化有限公司负责配网自动化系统的研发，在河北省保定市高新区高科产业园设有生产服务基地。
        公司于2000年推出的DSI变电站综合自动化系统在业内首家采用单片DSP技术完成间隔层设备的保护、测控、通讯等功能，取得了良好的应用，并于2003年通过了电机工程学会继电保护专委会组织的专家鉴定。自2000年后陆续推出了发电厂ECS系统、电铁牵引变电站综自系统、电铁电力供电综自系统等系列微机综合自动化产品。公司产品多年被国家继电器质量监督检验中心抽检并均一次通过。
        公司已于2001年通过了英国UAKS公司ISO9001－2000版质量体系认证。公司坚持质量第一的方针，坚持产品质量是制造出来的而不是检测出来的质量理念。根据中国国情和电力自动化产品的特点从产品的策划创意、设计研发、生产制造保证入手确保制造质量，而质检、工程、服务及所有环节信息反馈不仅仅为了保证现在的质量，而是反馈到制造及以前的各个环节形成不断提高的质量环。
        产品自2000年问世以来，以优越的性能、稳定性和可靠性广泛应用在东北、华北、西北、西南、华东、华南等地区的电力、煤炭、铁路、冶金、钢铁、石油、化工等行业，已经投入运行2000多个厂站综合自动化系统，运行稳定、良好，获得广泛赞誉。

Beijing Skypower Electric Technology Co., Ltd (“the Company”), established in 2000, is a hi-tech enterprise registered at Shangdi Information Industry Base of Beijing Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park, Beijing.
The company positions its market to the provision of all-in-one solutions for the 110kV and below . By means of increasingly and deeply understanding what customers demands, the company conducts service innovation, technical innovation and mechanism innovation so as to provide the better service for customers.
The head office of the Company in Beijing is responsible for the operation of the whole enterprise, the marketing center and the R&D of the smart substation system. Nanjing Skypower Electric Automation Co., Ltd, incorporated in Nanjing, is responsible for the R&D of power distribution network automation systems; in addition, the production service base is located in the Hi-tech Industry Park of Baoding Hi-tech Zone, Hebei Province.
The DSI comprehensive automation substation system launched by the Company in 2000 firstly in the industry has accomplished such functions as protection, measurement, control, communication, etc of compartment layer equipment with monolithic DSP technology and realized excellent application. In 2003, this system passed the expert appraisal organized by the Relay Protection Special Committee of Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering. Since 2000, the Company has successively launched power plant ECS system, electrified railway traction substation comprehensive automation system, electrified railway electric power supply comprehensive automation system, etc. For years, the products of the Company have passed at a time the spot check by National Center for Quality Supervision & Testing of Relay & Protection Equipment.
In 2001, the Company passed the ISO9001－2000 Quality System Certification of UAKS Corporation of UK. We always adhere to the policy of quality first and the quality philosophy that product quality is produced other than tested. In accordance with the national situation of China and the features of electric power automation products, from planning and originality, design & R&D and production and manufacture, we ensure manufacture quality at every link; quality check, engineering, service or information feedback of all other links, are not only to ensure the current quality but also to feed back all information available to manufacture and all other precious links so as to form the quality loop keeping improving.
Since the establishment of the Company in 2000, thanks to the excellent performance, stability and reliability, our products have been widely applied in such industries as electric power, coal, railway, metallurgy, steel, petroleum, chemical, etc; and in such regions as Northeast China, North China, Northwest China, Southwest China, East China, South China, etc; and the more than 2,000 plant and substation comprehensive automation systems that have been put into operation are operating stably and excellently and thus win wide praise.
