production base，“Liaoning
Qizhong lubricating oil Co. Ltd”, is set up in the northeast of Liaoning with a
construction fund of 170 million yuans, which occupies an area of 50000m2
with a mixing workshop of 5000 m2, a filling workshop of 2000 m2 and a storage
area with the capacity of more than 20000MT. The base sets up a highly
automated production line with the annual production capacity of 50,000 tons to

Lubrizol, Chevron in product technology. It has a product R&D
