Supportive Living Services, LLC (“SLS”) is developing property in the Chicago market for the construction and operation of Senior Assisted Living Communities to serve the growing population of elder US citizens. A SLS site will consist of a 3 story building containing 80 to 85 assisted living apartments with this development requiring 3 to 4 acres of land. Independent analysis and market studies confirm that the Chicago area has a strong need for senior housing services both now and in the future. SLS has engineered a business strategy that addresses the need for senior housing within the Chicago area and will capitalize on these needs by delivering a quality senior housing product with desired senior services and amenities.
