中国工厂位于苏州工业园区内，于2008年1月9日在苏州正式开业，总投资约5400万美元，年产巧克力原料可达25000吨，公司还计划未来将年产能提高三倍。在苏州工厂生产的巧克力产品供应中国市场外，还将出口到亚太区的27个国家，80％的产品出口到12个主要市场包括澳洲、印度、日本、马来西亚、纽西兰、韩国、泰国和南非。

On Jan 9th, 2008, Barry Callebaut AG inaugurated its new state-of-the-art chocolate factory and its 8th Chocolate Academy in Suzhou Industrial Park, China.
