美国泰悉尔集团(tuthill group)，是一家总部位于美国芝加哥、拥有百年历史的家族企业和跨国公司集团，业务范围涵盖真空系统和风机、介质泵、流体联接件、控制、联动件、塑料、燃油传送系统和交通技术。泰悉尔集团在全球拥有35家工厂，其分支遍布于美国、加拿大、阿根廷、英国、德国、法国、比利时、意大利、中国、印度、新加坡、澳大利亚等国家，业务涵盖全球。著名的凯尼（kinney）真空泵、m-d风机、globalgear齿轮泵、reyco granning汽车空气悬浮系统、fill-rite手泵和fpp流量表、cablecraft 拉伸软轴、hansen和gromelle快速接头都属于泰悉尔集团旗下的产品和世界著名品牌。
1999年，泰悉尔旗下风机设备公司与日本tohin在江苏宜兴合资无锡东泰机械有限公司，为百事德机械（江苏）有限公司（b－tohin machine（jiangsu））提供鼓风机核心泵机及技术。
泰悉尔集团旗下凯尼真空设备公司于2000年与上海通用设备集团所属上海真空泵厂建立上海凯尼真空泵合资公司，并于2007年初进一步全资收购中方股份，形成独资公司。公司主要生产服务于中国市场的产品。
2003年，泰悉尔集团亚太大区将驻香港的中国代表处迁至上海，成立上海代表处，经营泰悉尔集团下属各子公司在中国的市场联络、销售和售后服务工作。
