徐州美驰车桥有限公司(徐州美驰)是由美国的阿文美驰公司与徐州工程机械集团有限公司共同投资的合资公司。投资总额2408.7万美元，注册资本1680.3万美元。其中美方股比为60%、中方为40%。公司引进了先进的索玛（SOMA）车桥制造技术，是中国最大的专业化生产、销售各类工程机械及特种车辆用车桥的公司。目前共有员工900余人。
公司主要产品包括各种轮式车辆用刚性桥、转向桥、贯通桥和三联桥。它们被广泛应用于重型汽车、工程自卸车、沙漠运输车和油田用车、汽车起重机、全路面汽车起重机等工程机械和特种车辆。同时，车桥零部件还出口到北美及欧洲的美驰工厂。

Xuzhou Meritor Axle Co.,Ltd (XMAL) is a Sino-America joint venture between Meritor Automotive,Inc,US and Xuzhou Construction Machinery Group Inc. with a total investment of ＄24,087M US dollars and registered capital of ＄16,803M dollars. Meritor holds 60% of the registered capital and XCMG holds 40%. XMAL introduces advanced SOMA axle manufacturing technology and is the largest manufacturer of the construction equipment axles and specialty vehicle axles in China. There are more than 900 employees at present.
Its major products include rigid axle, steering axle, tandem axle and tridem axles used for varies of wheeled vehicles. These vehicles are heavy duty truck, dump truck, desert truck and oil-explored vehicles, truck crane, terrain rough crane and other construction machinery and specialty vehicles. XMAL also export its products to Meritor’s plants in North American and Europe.
